- How far ahead should an Athens venue be booked?
- Prime rooftop and seafront venues for May, June, September and October are frequently held six to nine months ahead. Off-peak dates can be secured much later, and we will say honestly when a date is realistic.
- Do you provide catering or work with the venue's caterer?
- Both. Some venues are exclusive to one caterer; in others we run a tasting-based selection. Either way the menu, dietary matrix and service timing are agreed and rehearsed before the event.
- Can you manage transport for guests staying in different hotels?
